1 Day Russian Volume Lash Extensions Training

This 1 full day training is designed for qualified experienced in classic lash extensions technique.

A starter kit is included in cost of training and consists of all the materials needed during the course and in preparation of your study cases – 3 are required to get certified. Rather than working on mannequin heads the students have 1 live model to practice on.

Lesson plan : 

• Understanding and handling different thickness lashes and tools for Russian Volume Lash Extensions 

– Eyelash and fan variations (thickness, volume, perfect fan)

– Introduction to different tweezers, lash tools and proper tool handling

– Building lash volume fans 

– Explanation of difference between volume and pre-made volume lashes, hybrid lashes

– Use of glue (how properly apply lash glue, all about the glue drop, correct storage and environment, retention)

– Introduction to different volume techniques (rainbow and lonely fan techniques)

– Eyelash Extensions Guide (different styles including cat, squirrel, Kim K, dolly and etc)

• Preparation

– Client consultation, contraindications

– How to do patch test correctly

– Preparation – your work station 

– Health, safety and sanitation

– How to take pictures correctly and mark eyes

– Lash mapping

– Selecting the right size and style for your client eyes

• Application 

– Prep (cleaning)

– Taping and correct eye pads placement

– Attaching fans. Direction, distance, attachment.

– All about stickies, cause of eyelash damage

– Removal of eyelash extensions

– Eyelash Aftercare advice

• Marketing 

– Factors affecting income potential 

– Building client base

– Marketing your business (tips about facebook, instagram, google)

• Practice on live model

– Live model organised by a student at 14:30–18:00
