These wipes made from cotton non-woven fabric are great for wiping the nozzle of glue bottle. Cleaning the nozzle prevents any build-up on the outside of the nozzle, thus making the closure more airtight and improving retention. It will also stop the cap from getting stuck to the nozzle and will mean that the glue will last you longer.
They are also perfect for shaking your glue before use – just unscrew the cap, place the wipe over the nozzle and press tight with your finger. Shake for 20-30 sec if your glue has been previously opened or for 45-60 sec if it is a fresh bottle. These wipes are lint-free, so won’t get stuck to the bottle and simply leave the nozzle clean and glue free.
